More than 80% of strokes can be prevented. By being informed and knowing how to recognise and respond to the warning signs, you can help reduce your risk of stroke significantly. Ms Janet Weir from the Stroke Foundation will give a presentation on how to recognise and better understand stroke, and how it can be prevented. There will also be the opportunity to meet other seniors and chat over a cuppa after the forum.
