You may have already had the pleasure of driving through the brand new four-way Goodwood, Springbank, Daws road intersection, with the notoriously difficult dog-leg a thing of the past.
While traffic is now able to travel through this new, four-way intersection, it is important to remember that the works are not yet finished, and some road restrictions still remain in place.
Nevertheless, we have reached a huge milestone and I want to say a BIG THANK YOU!
Thank you to everyone for your patience during the roadworks and thank you for being a part of this journey to see our local area improved.
The project is on track for completion by the end of this year with important landscaping and other works yet to occur.
For a project update, including to view the landscaping plan and discuss proposed 'public art' for the two corners of the intersection, you are invited to attend a Springbank Community Information Session.
